SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Although most orders are shipped within 24 hours, please allow 2-3 days for processing. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email once your items have shipped.
We ship to all 50 United States, the U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses and most international countries. You get to choose the shipping rate of your choice from the ones that are available to ship to your area. Our shipping rates are the actual price charged by the shipping carrier with the weight of your package to your location.
If your package is missing, (i.e. tracking says delivered but it is not there) please contact the carrier and file a claim, then please notify us with your claim information. We will do our best to accommodate you and your order.
Please note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for items/packages held at customs etc.
